Certain

I like to quote Pascal who exclaimed on realization of his true headless nature, "Certitude, Certitude." Yes--here at last something that we can be sure of, where no scepticism is required. The one thing that is certain, for sure, guaranteed, no doubt about it, 100% pure, with no additives. Something to bet the farm on, bet your life on, something, finally, finally, final. As Tolstoy said, the sum total of human knowledge is that we know nothing. We know nothing. We can know it. It is the sum. It is the total of human ability to actually know No-thing. What a blessing and what a surety. Yow. D. USA
