Freedom

What a revelation Seeing (again) was! Instant relinquishing of all the personality baggage acquired over so many formative years and coming home to that limitless space of awareness, So familiar from infancy memories and, although forgotten, always"closer than close". Scary and thrilling! (Watts' title THIS IS IT comes to mind.) B.M. UK.

Headlessness is wonderful. Entertaining all day long. Such a breath of fresh air from religion soaked history. Experiencing utter indivisibility from the world with nothing left over to regard as 'me'. N.B. Australia

I realized something else as well: these exercises mean an end to Karma. When you look out from that universal source you realize for once you are free. It's acceptance and surrendering to your timeless original nature. M.
