The role of workshop leaders in a headless workshop is to point you back to who you really are. You are the sole and final authority on you, not the workshop leaders! Hopefully they will inspire you, but they are in no position to say what and who you are right where you are, for only you are there. They can, using the experiments, help direct attention to that secret place within each of us, but each of us must look for ourselves. And when we have looked, and re-discovered what is so obvious, we ourselves can share it with others! (There are no 'authorized' workshop leaders.)

A light-hearted and experience-based meeting for those who have found the "headless" approach to self-realisation helpful and would like to make more use of group dynamics and support to help deepen it's ongoing impact. Those who have recently encountered headlessness or have only heard about it are also very welcome and no previous experience is required. As well as the exploration of the experiments devised by headless pioneer Douglas Harding and his friends, there will be an opportunity for participants to share their own unique experience of headless Seeing as well as as to clarify any difficulties or confusion about it, to discuss it's implications for life in the world and ways of sharing it. More people than ever are feeling inspired by Douglas Harding and
the experiments he discovered which show us beyond doubt that our real
nature is not what we see in the mirror. Being with friends "on the
same wavelength", who are practising the same Way and exploring the
meaning of the experiments deepens our focus on this vision; while
sharing our experience, is the best way of keeping it alive, because,
as we all know, it's only too easy to slip back into our "heady"
patterns and customary identities. This meditation really is for people living in the everyday world, for
life in the market place, so come and celebrate this profound yet
simple and accessible insight with us...
Dates for 2010: July 21-24. Contact

"There's no occasion in our working or leisure life when it's inappropriate or inefficient to live from the truth. Agreed that the truth, so easy to see, is so hard to keep on seeing. But is life without it less hard? Is life lived from a many-sided lie a practical proposition? Let's remember, let's take courage from the fact that our practice isn't changing our lifestyle, but noticing how we're living inany case - as this Empty fullness, as this truly amazing union of perfect freedom and total involvement."
Douglas Harding
